Grow your immigration practice without losing quality.

Eka Case runs every case from first lead to USCIS filing. Agents do the work at each step, your team reviews what matters, and your lawyer approves every filing.

The problem

Every way to grow has a catch

Petition volume keeps rising while USCIS raises the bar. NIW approvals fell from over 90% to about half in three years. Each extra case means more documents, more handoffs and more chances to miss something.

Option 1

Hire more people

Slow to recruit and train. Cost per case goes up as you add managers and quality control.

Option 2

Outsource the work

Cheaper per hour, but harder to supervise, and you still grow by adding people.

Option 3

Add AI tools one by one

A chatbot here, an automation there. Nothing connects to the case, and nobody can see what the AI did.

The product

One case record. Three ways to use it.

Eka means “one”. Everything said, sent and decided about a case lives in one record, from the first call to the receipt notice, so nothing is asked twice and nothing gets lost between teams.

Run the case

For each step, choose who does the work: an agent, an automation or a person. Set when a person must review and how fast each step should move.

See the firm

One view across sales, documents, drafting and filing. See which step is backing up, which cases are at risk, and how much work agents are doing.

Build and improve agents

Agents come ready-made for immigration work and are set up with your checklists, templates and writing style. Each one is tested on your own past cases before it goes live.

Agent

Kickoff

Suggests a strategy and evidence plan for your lawyer to approve.

Agent

Collect

Reads and checks every document, and reminds the client what’s missing.

Supervision

Your lawyer stays in charge

Your firm is responsible for the work done on every case. Eka Case keeps people in control and makes that oversight easy to see.

The lawyer approves every filing

Nothing goes to USCIS without the approval of a licensed lawyer. That step can’t be given to an agent.

Review happens in every step

When an agent isn’t sure, the work goes to the right person before it moves on.

Every action is logged

Who or what did each task, when, and with which version. The log can’t be edited.

No legal advice from agents

Messages about case strategy always go through a lawyer before they reach the client.

Your data stays yours

Client data is never used to train models, and each firm’s data is kept separate.

No lock-in

Export your data at any time. If you leave, you keep a copy of the agents built for your firm.

Questions

Frequently asked

Does Eka Case give legal advice?

No. Eka Case is software for your firm. Agents prepare and check work for your team. Legal judgment stays with your lawyers, and a licensed lawyer approves every filing.

Do we have to replace our case management software?

No. If you already use a case management system, your records and forms can stay there and Eka Case runs the work alongside it. If you don’t have one, Eka Case can be your system.

Is our client data used to train AI models?

No. Client data is never used for training, each firm’s data is kept separate, and you can export everything at any time.

What happens if an agent gets something wrong?

Agents send uncertain work to a person, and each agent is tested on your past cases before it goes live. Every action is logged, and any agent version can be rolled back.

What if we decide to stop?

You can export all your data, and you keep a copy of the agents set up for your firm to run on your own tools.
